From quotation to technical submittal.
AMP brings product information, historical compliance knowledge, and AI-assisted drafting into one streamlined workflow, with every output structured around the client’s index and reviewed by your technical team.
Submittals take a lot of repeat work.
Preparing a technical submittal means reading the consultant’s specifications, checking technical documents, working out how each product meets each requirement, drafting the responses, and then arranging everything the way the client has asked for it.
Much of that work repeats from project to project: the same products, the same certificates, similar compliance answers, a different client index. The AI Submittal Builder is designed around that reality.
The workflow, end to end.
Five stages, with two supporting loops: the ERP as the home of product documents, and a library of confirmed compliance responses that grows over time.
Quote building
The process starts with building a quotation for the required products. The quotation establishes the products for which the technical submittal will be prepared. Their certifications and technical documents already sit on their ERP product records.
Upload consultant specifications and client submittal index
The user uploads two distinct inputs. The consultant specifications define the technical requirements the proposed products are assessed against. The client’s submittal index defines the required structure, sections and organisation of the submittal.
AI-assisted compliance drafting
AI models assist in filling the compliance response against the consultant’s specifications. They draw on previously confirmed historical responses, together with product information and technical documentation. Reused references are suggestions: every draft still needs review.
Compile according to the client index
The submittal is compiled to the client’s supplied index. The index determines the structure and organisation of the output, rather than the system producing a generic document, so each client and project gets a consistently structured submittal.
Review and finalise
People verify the draft before anything is issued. Confirmed compliance responses flow into the historical library for future submittals, and the ERP keeps certifications and technical information against each product for the next quotation.

Two inputs, two different jobs.
The consultant’s specification says what the products must meet. The client’s index says how the submittal must be organised. The workflow treats them separately, which is what lets the same products be presented correctly to different clients.

The ERP holds the product truth. AI helps interpret the requirements.
Product certifications, technical specifications and related documents are stored in the ERP against the products they belong to. They are retrieved for future quotations and submittals, so teams stop searching for the same files again and again.
The AI layer helps read the consultant’s requirements and draft the compliance responses. It works from the information your business already holds.

A growing library of confirmed responses.
Every compliance response that a reviewer confirms is retained. On the next submittal, relevant confirmed responses can be retrieved as references, alongside product information and documents.
That makes each new draft quicker to start and more consistent. It does not make any draft automatically correct. A reused response is a suggestion until a person confirms it for the project in front of them.
What the library does
- Keeps confirmed compliance information
- Offers it as a reference for future submittals
- Improves as confirmed information becomes available
People stay in control
- Reused responses are suggestions
- A reviewer confirms each one for the project
- Your technical team owns the final submittal
Try the workflow.
Choose products for a sample quotation, load a consultant specification and a client index, then see the draft compliance matrix, the compiled submittal and the review step. Everything here is fictitious and not connected to any ERP.
AI Submittal Builder: illustrative demonstration
Concept demo · fictitious products, documents and values · not connected to any live system or ERPAI drafts the responses. Your technical team reviews and confirms each one before anything is issued.
What teams gain.
- Less repetitive manual preparation
- Reuse of previously confirmed compliance responses
- More consistent compliance documentation
- Submittals structured around each client’s index
- Centralised product certifications and technical documentation
- A repeatable workflow that improves as confirmed information becomes available
Your technical team stays in control
